A little bit about me...
Jen Davis joined the real estate industry in 2008, quickly establishing herself as a dedicated professional. Before partnering with Holt Homes Group at Keller Williams in 2012, she was closing 16 properties annually. Jen brought her passion for working with buyers to the team, becoming the Lead Buyer Specialist.
Her first year at Keller Williams, Jen embraced the KW’s models and systems, closing 50 transactions. She went on to build a high-performing business within the team, hiring an Executive Assistant, an Inside Sales Agent, and Showing Agents. With her team, Jen consistently achieved over 225 property sales annually.
In 2019, Jen transitioned out of the Lead Buyer Specialist role to become Co-Owner and CEO of Holt Homes Group. Since 2020, HHG has consistently closed more than 500 homes annually with just six agents in production, maintaining profitability above 40%.
In June 2022, Jen was named Vice President of KW MAPS Coaching, where she led top industry coaches in partnering with KW Associates to help them achieve their goals and live their Life By Design. In June of 2024, Jen stepped down from her role as Vice President to focus on other ventures within the real estate industry and to spend more time at home.
